I have found a new (to me) interested blog.  It is called Mommy Momments
Mommy Moment

It has all kinds of topics that range from house renovations, to give-a-aways to reviews. I haven't had a chance to read everything yet, but there are quite a few entries that are on my must read list. Some of these are "Wrapped in love - Another Fun Lovable Lunch" and "The coolest dragon cake". That last one might seem a bit odd to want to read, but my kids are so into pictures of cakes so they can pick the cake that they want their Aunt to make them for their birthdays. They are always on the hunt for new ideas! If you decide to check out the website, I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
I have signed up for a new website recently.  I have been a member for about a month, but i am only starting to learn about it and actually earning "perks".  The website is Klout (http://klout.com/#/dashboard).  You get your rating up by using twitter, facebook, Google+ and other social media outlets.  They have perks that you can join and then they send you the product for those perks.  For the short time I have actually started to understand the program, i have earned 2 perks!  One for Dove Bodywash and another for Neutrogena.  I am in Canada, so these programs seem to be limited, but I am thrilled that they do seem to always have something for Canadians.  There are a lot of perks available if you are in the United States, and there are others for certain states.  It can be difficult to keep your "klout" score up, but it is doable.  I have started to use twitter now, and am having a lot of fun with it, and "meeting" new people while tweeting.

If you decide to join Klout, and have any questions, just post a comment and I will see what I can do to get an answer!  It does take a bit of work to get that klout score up, but it can happen.  You can also give "K" to someone to help increase their chances of getting into a perk, so if you join, I have no problems giving people "K" to help, so let me know your username so I can help!

I know it has been a while since have made a post, and I apologize!  Things have been busy lately with Easter, work, and trying to get some running in (trying to do a 5K in September and need to train).

Just wanted to pop in real quick and give a few quick links, reviews etc...  This is going to be a combination post of many things.

First I just want to say I saw MiO liquid water flavouring in my local Walmart yesterday so I had to buy it to try.  I love flavoured water, but I find when I buy it in store (pre-flavoured), it is just too sweet for me.  I LOVE water, but sometimes I like a hint of flavour, nothing over-powering.  I decided to try this because it comes in a bottle so I can don't have to worry about it spilling when I only use a little bit (like the single packs of Crystal Light, etc...).  When I got it home, I was nervous when I read the direction because it said to put 'One quick squirt in 250ML).  Well to me, one quick squirt can be different depending how much pressure you put on it.  I did "one quick squirt" in a water bottle (not sure the size), and it was not over-powering at all!  It had a hint of flavouring!  I purchased the Berry Pomegranate flavour, but they do have several others.  I found it a bit expensive as it was $3.77 for one bottle that has 24 servings, but after I tried it, I would buy it again!
I know I have mentioned Superpoints and Swagbucks several times, but I just wanted to quickly mention them again!  This is a great oportunity to earn points and cash them in for rewards (cash, Gift Cards, etc....).  You can earn the points slowly, or quickly, however you chose.  I do not earn the points very quickly as I will not sign up for offers or download things to my computer, but I have already received enough to cash in for a couple rewards from each site!  I am saving the cash up for Christmas gifts, birthday gifts, going towards vacations, etc...  Whatever I feel I want to spend money on.  Even some extra mad money for myself!  Superpoints is by invitation only, so feel free to use my link!  I would greatly appreciate it!

You can earn bonus points with Swagbucks quite easily.  They have an hourly contest where they randomly post one users name and they have won 1000SB.  You just have to click the link if it is your name.  They also have various "events" going on that if you reach the daily goal, you get bonus points.  This is quite easy to achieve if you put a little bit of time into it.

Have a great day!

Hi everyone!  It has been awhile since I posted any contests, so I figured I better get some posted now as I have been slacking.

I wish everyone good luck if they enter these contests.

Here is one for L'Oreal at Every Age Instant Giveaway.  This is a facebook contest.  The rules are on their facebook page.

I will try to come up with a list of Daily/Weekly entry contests.  I am running short on time today, but I will get something put together!

Good luck everyone!

I have been using Swagbucks a lot more lately.  I am really trying to earn as many rewards on different sites to make Christmas shopping a bit easier this year.  Swagbucks is great!  You can earn points by searching.  I try to do a few searches a day. You can win various amounts of swagbucks when you do.  Not every search will earn you swagbucks, it is just the luck of the timing.  I usually do some searches until I win some swagbucks, then I leave it for a bit.  You can also do a daily poll and earn 1 swagbuck.  That is a guaranteed swagbuck a day.  They are also running an hourly contest where someone will win 1000SB each hour.  You have to check in to see if your name comes up.  I try to do that when I am home, then use that time to do some searches.  You can also do surveys and some tasks.  You can also watch some clips to earn swagbucks as well.  The other one I do quite often is play some games.  You can win swagbucks doing that as well.  I usually win 2 swagbucks each time I play a game.  I am getting closer and closer to a cash out.  The more time you put in, the more swagbucks you earn of course.  If you are interested in joining, you can sign up under me.  http://www.swagbucks.com/refer/aurora04

You can earn points faster by having more referrals.

I know you are probably tired about seeing my posts about Superpoints.  But I wanted to post another link.  I won a 25 bonus point referal link.  That will give you a bonus 25 points when you sign up.  Remember the point system for Superpoints is 1 point=1 penny, so 25 points will earn you $0.25.  Doesn't seem like a lot, but that 25 points really help to reach the next levels.  This link is only good for another 20 hours, so if you are interested, I would use it quickly.  Once it is gone, it is gone.  I had a 50 bonus point one that expired, and I would hate to see another one expire when there are people that are signing up daily without using a bonus point link.

Thank you for anyone that signs up using this link.  I really appreciate it!

Burt's Bees Sensitive

I mentioned in a previous post that I was accepted into the Bzzagent Campaign for Burt's Bees Sensitive.  I received my kit and I have been using the moisturizer and Cleanser now for a few days.  I must say that I am really enjoying it.  My face seems to be a lot softer then it had been.  I had been slack on using moisturizer, so my skin may not have been the greatest, but I have seen a difference in the few days I have been using this product.  I will be sure to continue with this product.  I have used other moisturizers, and this is by far my favorite.

The cleanser leaves my face feeling fresh and clean.  It rinses off very easily and I never have the feeling that there is cleanser still on my face.  The moisturizer also very nice.  I have tried some moisturizers that made my skin feel oily since the moisturizer takes longer to "absorb", but that is not the case with this.  It rubs in and "absorbs" very quickly, and I do not have to wait to apply my foundation for the moisturizer to dry.

These are the only Burt's Bees products that I have tried, but after how much I am liking these products, I have no issues going out and purchasing their other products.
